Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product arrives damaged, leaked, broken, or with manufacturing defects. Must be reported within 48 hours with photo/video proof.
  • Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive an incorrect item, you are eligible for a free replacement or return.

2. Non‑Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Products with broken seals
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance, sale, or final‑sale items
  • Personalized/Customized products

No refund will be provided for used or partially consumed products.

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item reaches our facility and is inspected, refunds will be processed:

  • Online Payments: Refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund sent to your bank account/wallet within 7–10 working days.

Shipping or COD charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.

4. Replacement Policy

Replacements are provided only if the item delivered is defective or incorrect. Replacement dispatch time is typically 2–4 business days after approval.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
  • Cancellation after shipping is not possible.
  • If the parcel is refused at delivery, return shipping fees may be deducted.

6. Reporting a Problem

If you face any issue, report it within:

  • Damaged / defective item: Within 48 hours
  • Wrong product: Within 48 hours
  • Missing item: Within 24 hours
